Shop Policies

Payments are made directly online when you check out of our Etsy shop.

Shipping:
Purchases are shipped within 2 days once payment is received. Orders are shipped from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping within Canada:
Canadian orders are shipped via Expedited, Canada Post, and include insurance.

Timeline: local 1 day; regional 1 to 3 days; national 2 to 7 days.

Shipping to USA:
Orders being shipped to the U.S.A. are shipped Small Packet air via Canada Post. U.S. orders will arrive between 4 to 10 business days.

Shipping Internationally is currently unavailable. Please contact me for special arrangements.

Refund Policy:
Your happiness is very important to me!  And so is quality.  Each apron is handmade by me, and I try my very best to bring you quality work.
